Toyota L Trim
If you're looking for as basic of a Toyota that you can get, the L trim level is the way to go, but that doesn't mean you're sacrificing modern content. The value-oriented Corolla L starts at $20,665, and it comes with features such as full LED exterior lighting, a 4.2-inch TFT gauge cluster display and Bluetooth audio streaming as well as standard safety content such as radar cruise control and lane departure alert.
For the 2021 model year, the Corolla, Highlander and Prius all offer the base L trim level.
Toyota SR Trim
For the 2021 model year Tacoma and Tundra pickup trucks, the SR trim is the entry-level version, but like other base model Toyotas, this trim comes with plenty of standard equipment. The Tundra SR is only available with the Double Cab body, and it comes standard with tow hooks, easy lift and lower tailgate, seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, six-passenger seating and an available work truck package with seats and flooring.
Toyota SR5 Trim
Stepping up from the SR trim level, the 2021 model year Tacoma and Tundra trucks get the SR5 trim, while this is the base model for the 4Runner and Sequoia SUVs. Although it's the entry-level model, the Sequoia SR5 comes with three-zone automatic climate control, eight-passenger seating, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and LED headlights, taillights and fog lights.
Toyota LE Trim
Toyota's LE trim level still packs plenty of value, while delivering an impressive list of standard content. In addition to its bold exterior styling, the C-HR's LE trim level includes LE headlights, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto capability, and a host of safety features like full-speed radar cruise control and a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection.
For the 2021 model year, the Corolla, Camry, C-HR, RAV4, Venza, Highlander, Sienna and Prius all offer the well-equipped LE trim level.
Toyota SE Trim
For buyers looking for an affordable vehicle with a little extra attitude, Toyota's SE trim level has the right look. With its 18-inch alloy wheels, piano black exterior accents, and exclusive grille design, not only does the RAV4 Prime SE look sportier than the standard RAV4, this trim comes with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, power liftgate, eight-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto capability, and heated front seats.
For the 2021 model year, the sporty-looking SE trim level is available on the Corolla, Camry and RAV4 Prime.
Toyota XLE Trim
Toyota's XLE trim level may seem like a step up from the LE trim, but this is essentially the entry-level luxury trim level. As Toyota's flagship sedan, the Avalon lineup comes standard with this trim level, bringing content such as dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, LED exterior lighting, and acoustic glass (for a quieter cabin).
For the 2021 model year, the XLE trim level is available on the Corolla, Avalon, Camry, C-HR, Highlander, Prius, Venza, Mirai and Sienna.
Toyota XSE Trim
Combining the sporty looks of the SE with the added content of the XLE, the XSE trim level brings an even more aggressive style. The sporty-looking Camry XSE comes with black accents on the LED headlights and taillights, and leather seating on the inside. But the coolest part of this trim level is the available two-tone exterior paint job.
For the 2021 model year, the XSE trim level is available on the Corolla, Avalon, Camry, Highlander, Sienna, and RAV4 (Hybrid and Prime only).
Toyota Limited Trim
Stepping up in terms of luxury and equipment, the Limited trim level is offered on the 4Runner, Avalon, C-HR, Highlander, Prius, Mirai, Sienna, and Venza for the 2021 model year. The all-new Venza comes fully loaded, with its Limited trim level bringing equipment such as a heated leather steering wheel, SofTex leatherette seating, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment screen with navigation, illuminated sill plates, and the class-exclusive Star Gaze panoramic sunroof.
Toyota Touring Trim
Toyota's Touring trim level is only available on the 2021 Avalon, and it adds a unique style with added content. Some of the standard features on the Avalon Touring include the chrome-tipped dual exhaust with a sport-tuned sound, perforated leatherette seats, heated and cooled front seats, and exclusive black exterior trim (on the mesh grille, door mirrors and Avalon lettering).
Toyota Platinum Trim
The top of the luxury lineup for Toyota is the Platinum trim level, which is available on the 2021 Highlander, Sienna and Sequoia. New for 2021, the redesigned Toyota Sienna now offers the Platinum trim level, brining upscale equipment such as bi-LED headlights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, Bird's Eye View 360-degree camera, a heated leather steering wheel, second-row captain's chairs (heated seats on AWD models), and a 10-inch color head-up display.
Toyota TRD Trim
If you're a fan of on- or off-road performance, Toyota now offers a broad lineup of TRD-tuned products. The Camry and Avalon get performance and style upgrades with the TRD trim level, while the RAV4, Tacoma, Tundra, and Sequoia get various levels of off-road tune with TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport and TRD Pro models.
