2023 Acura Integra Buyer's Guide

Acura's legendary sport compact nameplate, Integra, is finally back after a long hiatus. The U.S. market last saw an "Integra" in the year 2006, sold as the Acura RSX, and coupe lovers have been missing it ever since.

But for the 2023 model year, a new generation of sport coupe enthusiasts will get the pleasure of experiencing the uniqueness of the Integra. With pricing starting at $30,800, the all-new Integra is set to be the bridge that will introduce new buyers to Acura's signature premium lifestyle.

I'm excited to introduce or reconnect you to the iconic nameplate which was at the heart of the import car scene in its heyday. Let's take a closer look at the all-new 2023 Acura Integra.

The 2023 Integra brings back the coupe-like roofline of the previous generations, and focuses on the dynamic, sporty styling that made the original versions so popular.

2023 Acura Integra Performance

2023 Acura Integra Buyer's Guide

Following in the footsteps of the original version that helped launch the Acura brand three decades ago, the 2023 Integra leads the competition with fun driving dynamics and exhilarating performance thanks to its sport-tuned chassis, fully independent suspension, and a VTEC-enhanced 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine.

This peppy motor produces 200 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque, and is one of the main reasons there are so many Acura fans--few engines are able to invoke these feelings of excitement and nostalgia. A new coil type exhaust system adds even more pleasure to the overall driving experience, and is sure to turn heads whenever you hit the gas.

A standard CVT automatic transmission has been specifically tuned for the Integra's high-output turbocharged engine, and features quick response times and a simulated gear change feel when accelerating. You can be in full control of the transmission through the steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters, or opt for the 6-speed manual transmission on the A-Spec with Technology Package model.

The short-throw close-ratio manual transmission comes with automatic rev matching, and completes the perfect formula for driving enthusiasts, especially since this version includes a model-exclusive helical limited-slip differential.

Fuel economy for the 2023 Acura Integra is an EPA-estimated 30 mpg city / 37 mpg highway.
